1. In the search box type msconfig then enter
2. Select tabulation Tools

How to disable UAC (User Account Control) in windows 7
User Account Control (UAC) is a security feature windows 7. Each time you access the files or application windows vista system will display a warning UAC confirmation of this security feature. This feature may be off (disable) so you do not interfere with windows often ask the user account control. Disabling UAC does not interfere with the performance of your windows 7.
